This car was stopped in the middle of the road on Ward Plz, Teaneck, NJ, on August 17th at around 9 am. So I high-beamed him to move, and then he started moving to make a left on Teaneck Road. He took forever and had plenty of opportunities to turn left. Finally, he turned left, and I turned left behind. He started driving at 20 mph in a 35-mph zone. I honked at him and high-beamed him to move cause I needed to go to work. He drove slowly on purpose the whole time. This business clearly doesn't have employees who care about people. I do not recommend using this service based on the experience I had with one of their employees today.

I would not recommend James (on spot) to fix your vehicle. I contacted him a little while ago to fix a minor issue on my bumper. He had to come out numerous times to redo it due to the rain but the last time he said it just needs some wax and to go through the car wash. Didn’t help. Even now later you can see in the photo the paint is not staying and chipping away (white undercoat is coming through). Now on top of paying a lot for this now I have to dish out more money to get it fixed correctly. Stay away from this company.

These guys were amazing! My car was keyed. I called these guys, They came to my house within 30 minutes, painted the car scratches, blended the paint in so you couldn’t tell anything was done. The car looked like new! Highly recommended!

So impressed with my experience! My bumper was off — I called and within 10 minutes it was back on like new. Amazing! Highly recommend and blown away by the level of customer service and quality of repair!

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from On Spot Body Shop. I hired them to repair the front and rear bumpers on my truck, and the results are absolutely unacceptable. The front bumper looks almost identical to how it did before — still dented and clearly not repaired correctly. See the before and after photo's attached to this review. Can you even tell the difference? James, who did the work, claimed he could handle the job with no problem. Only after I told him I wasn’t happy with the results did he change his story, saying the bumper was “made of steel” and “impossible to fix.” That explanation came conveniently after he had already taken my money. He texted me to say he had finished the job, and added that he “should have charged $1,000 more” and that I needed to “take care of him.” Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. On top of that, he left paint residue all over my driveway and even got paint on other areas of the truck that didn’t need work because he failed to cover them properly. James made no effort to correct anything or take responsibility — his only concern was avoiding a bad review. I’m now worse off than before, and it’ll cost me even more to repair the
